While experiencing the joy of sailing, participants increase self-confidence, learn teamwork, and improve leadership skills – all of which can transfer to conquering challenges in other areas of daily life. $70 per boat for a 2-hour sail. Theatre at St. Michael's (ages 9 - 16) We invite young performing artists to come together with our talented staff for an amazing summer of theatre! TASM uses each individual's talents to create, rehearse, and produce a unique theatrical event. These events include an original musical written by the campers and given a world-premiere performance and an iconic Shakespearean play. Campers can make theatrical magic onstage as actors or behind the scenes as techies and are involved in all aspects of the production, developing existing theatre talents (although no previous experience is necessary), learning new skills, and making lifelong friends along the way. Sessions/Dates/Times/Ages: the Original Musical Production (June 27 – July 16) and Shakespeare Camp "The Tempest" (July 18 –July 30), both for ages 9-16.
